Do we ship worldwide?
How long will it take for my EDIBLE ITEMS order to be delivered?
If you are planning a special occasion event, please place your orders at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure that your order is dry enough to ship without damage and will arrive on time for your event. Please include your event/party date in the “message to seller” to make sure you get your order on time.
We ship with USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, which should reach most places in the US within 1,2, or 3 days.
Should you need any other shipping methods (overnight, etc…) please contact me and I will be happy to try and arrange it. Shipping costs also include packaging materials.

First, we have to process your order (Processing takes 1-3 business days). After your order is processed, and we verify the payment, we will send you shipping verification and your item will be shipped.
Your order will take between 7-15 business days to arrive at your doorstep once yours is dispatched if you live within the USA. For international customers, please allow 12-30 business days.

Please note delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and according to different country’s custom restrictions (we wish this didn't happen).
If your product arrives broken in the package due to mishandling, the evidence must be provided and a new order will be shipped to you.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
There are no returns on Sale products.
What are my payment options?
We accept payments by PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Can I amend my order?
We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click "complete order". After this point, you will be unable to make changes to your order.
Where is my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. This can take between 3-4 business days after we receive your order.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order via the email we sent you. Clicking "Track my Order" in the email will take you straight to the order tracking page where the location of your order is updated from dispatch to delivery.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the nature of these undergarment items, we adhere to strict store policy and do not allow returns or exchanges. However, if you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly on our live chat application so that we may resolve your issue.
We do not pay for return shipping!
What if I received a faulty item?
We are terribly sorry if this has happened. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. If you need to exchange the faulty item for the same item, send us a message immediately.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping details?
Please contact us immediately if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect. Note that we are unable to allow any changes once your order has been shipped. If your order is marked as returned to the sender, we will be required to pass on a subsidized reshipping postage fee of $4.95 USD. Do ensure you update us with the correct and complete address as soon as you can.
How do I use the coupon code?
1. On the checkout page, enter your coupon code near your subtotal
2. Click Apply
If you have a coupon code but unable to apply on the checkout page, please proceed with the checkout first and then contact our support via email firstname.lastname@example.org we will refund you the discounted amount right away.
